JoBeth Vance is a Business Development Representative for ALLIANCE Credit Union. She is a native West Texan, growing up in Idalou, Texas. JoBeth attended Texas Tech University and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and graduated with a Master of Science of Speech-Language Pathology.

After practicing in DFW for 10 years, JoBeth and her husband moved back to Lubbock, Texas in 2020. JoBeth and her husband are integrated into the Lubbock building community. They have two children, Sterling and Stetson. JoBeth enjoys spending time with her family, playing golf, attending concerts and traveling. JoBeth has been in an industry of serving others and looks to continue that passion of serving to assist members in achieving their personal and professional goals while building meaningful relationships.
